Kina (rislampor, porslin, konst) möter Mexiko (enchiladas, margeritas, guacamole) pÃ¥ Barrio Chino (235 Broome Street), den del av LES där de tvÃ¥ kulturerna smälter samman har jag läst. Dit gick vi i gÃ¥r (tack för tipset Marcella!) och Ã¥t oss proppmätta. Jag testade även deras ”jalapeno infused lime margerita”, tänkte att det skulle vara bra för halsen, men vetefan, i dag hÃ¥ller jag pÃ¥ att tappa rösten helt. God var den i alla fall, liksom maten. Alltid fullsatt, mysigt och perfekt för en dejt eller tjejmiddag. Men eftersom iphone-blixten är lite sÃ¥där fÃ¥r ni en dÃ¥lig bild pÃ¥ mig istället för en dÃ¥lig bild pÃ¥ maten. ApropÃ¥ nÃ¥got helt annat, kul att Rodeo kommer tillbaka som papperstidning!

ENGLISH: China (lamps, china, art) meets Mexico (enchiladas, guacamole, margeritas) at Barrio Chino (235 Broome Street), the part of LES where the two cultures mix, I read. We went there for dinner yesterday (thanks for the tip Marcella!) and left totally stuffed. I also tried their ”jalapeno infused lime margerita” since I thought it would be good for my soar throat, but I don’t know, today I’m loosing my voice. It was delicious anyhow, and so was the food. It’s always full, cosy and perfect for at date or dinner with the girls. But since the Iphone flash doesn’t really do it justice I give you a bad picture of me rather than a bad pic of the food. Speaking of something totally different, good news, Swedish fashion magazine Rodeo is coming back!
