En katt med tre ben snusar under ett av borden pÃ¥ Spoonbill & Sugartown Booksellers (218 Bedford Avenue) i Williamsburg. Ovanför hans huvud, liksom pÃ¥ de andra hyllorna i denna lilla pärla, vilar en välsorterad samling gamla och nya konst-, musik- och fotoböcker blandat med kategorin ”böcker du inte visste fanns, men som nu känns helt nödvändiga att ha i bokhyllan”. De har även fina anteckningsblock och ett stort sortiment tidskrifter. Jag tittar alltid förbi en sväng om jag är i burgen!

ENGLISH: A cat with three legs sleeps silently under one of the tables at Spoonbill & Sugartown Booksellers (218 Bedford Avenue) in Williamsburg. Above its head, as well as on the other other shelves in this favorite, you find a well-sorted selection of art-, music- and photography-books – new as well as old – in combination with a category best described as ”books you didn’t know existed but now need to have”. They also sell beautiful notepads and a lot of obscure magazines. Whenever I’m in Williamsburg I just have to stop by!
