ENGLISH: Back to city life, and it’s great. Yesterday that meant a lunch date with Hanna at Salt (58 Macdougal Street) in Soho. I had flatbread with pesto, tomato and ricotta, soo delicious, as was Hanna’s asparagus risotto. I like how the border between outside and inside sort of disappear during the summer, when all the New York restaurants open their huge windows. Just like Salt’s sister restaurant in my hood they serve 1 dollar oysters at the bar, which is extremely good news since Martin finally helped me figure out what their veg status is – they’re ok! I just haven’t had the guts to test yet…
