Hösten har definitivt kommit till New York och just nu vill jag bara läsa bok och kolla film. PÃ¥ ganska nya Nitehawk Cinema (136 Metropolitan Ave) i Williamsburg serverar de mat under filmvisningen, den ultimata dinner and a movie-upplevelsen (bortsett frÃ¥n att de inte serverar alkohol i salongen – dock i baren utanför!). Vi sÃ¥g Miranda Julys ”The future” där för ett par veckor sedan, oj vad bra, älskar den flumkvinnan, hon är sÃ¥ gränslös. Om man vill beställa mer under filmens gÃ¥ng, fÃ¥r man skriva det pÃ¥ en lapp som en servitör kommer och hämtar, känns som om man utbyter hemliga meddelanden (och just därför vill man beställa mer, notan blev lite större än planerat). Lite störande men mest roligt!

ENGLISH: Fall has really arrived in New York, and all I want to do is read books and watch movies. At pretty new Nitehawk Cinema (136 Metropolitan Ave) in Williamsburg they serve food during the screening, giving you the ultimate dinner and a movie experience (except the lack of a liquor license in the salon – you’ll have to take care of that in the bar outside). We saw Miranda Julyäs ”The future” a couple of weeks ago, loved it, love her! If you get hungry during the film, you have to write your order on a piece of paper which is then picked up by a waiter, in a very sort of agent-like way (and that, of course, makes you want to order more, resulting in a huge tab). All in all little annoying, but mostly fun!
