Efter Patti: Rai Rai Ken (214 E. 10th St) två kvarter bort med Vanja och Måns (alltså, bästa namnet!). Inte mycket mer än ett hål i väggen, men bästa ramen jag ätit i mitt liv. Inte mycket till urval för vegosar, men edamame och nudelsoppan med misobas räcker långt. Fräscht, billigt, enorma portioner och kö, trots den iskalla temperaturen ute. Jag kommer gå hit minst en gång i veckan.

ENGLISH: After Patti: Rai Rai Ken (214 E. 10th St) two blocks away with Vanja and MÃ¥ns (seriously, I love the name!). It’s not more than a hole in the wall, but they made the best ramen I’ve had in my entire life. Not much to choose from for veggies like me, but edamame and the noodle soup with miso is enough. Fresh, cheap, huge portions and a long line, despite the freezing temperature outside. I’ll be coming back at least once a week.
